Carrie Lockhert has spent the past 19 years working in client management and business development roles providing higher education marketing, enrollment, and retention services to a myriad of institutions nationally and internationally. Prior to returning to InsideTrack, she managed a team of account managers at ESM and held various management and director positions during her tenure at Helix Education. As AVP of Partner Success,, Carrie is responsible for developing new client partnerships and cultivating existing partnerships with a variety of different institutions including Old Dominion University, BYU Pathway Worldwide, Franklin University, Rutgers, University of Washington, various CUNY schools in New York, and a number of Cal State campuses.

While Carrie's career began in advertising and marketing after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington obtaining a B.A. in English & Writing, she found her passion for higher ed and helping students while working with colleges and in her subsequent graduate program, completing her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration online at Northeastern University.

Ashley Safranski joined Emsi in August of 2018 to help lead the efforts in the development of a new software tool for enrollment management and marketing teams that would enable institutions to better demonstrate the career outcomes their programs lead to. GoRecruit was the fruit of those efforts and was released in December of 2018.

Prior to joining Emsi, Ashley spent the previous 10 years working in enrollment and recruitment at Washington State University. She loved playing a role in the growth of her alma mater (where she earned both her B.A. and M.A. in strategic communication) and discovered a passion for strategic enrollment management along the way. Ashley enjoys meeting with enrollment and marketing professionals from various institution types all across the country and discussing how data can be used to help better tell the unique stories of their programs and graduates and ultimately enhance their recruitment and marketing efforts. 

As a first generation college student, Tina Jones wouldn’t have graduated without the guidance of her college student services staff. This inspired her to give back through bridging the transition for students. Tina joined InsideTrack in fall of 2009 after finish a year of service in AmeriCorps.  Prior to coaching, she spent five years in college student services and career services. She specializes in working with students on leveraging their education toward their career goal and developing professionally. Her motivation for training comes from a passion to support professional development for college staff to enhance the student experience. She holds a B.A. in psychology.

In her free time: she enjoys spending time with her family (the oldest of 6 kids).  She takes pleasure in listening to live music, attending theater performances, and expanding her cooking skills.  Spending time outside hiking, biking, and traveling are additional things she enjoys.
